Chicken Marsala Bacon, mushrooms and garlic in a creamy marsala wine sauce.

Chicken Parmesan Italian breaded chicken smothered with cheese and tomato sauce

Chicken Pecan Chicken Chicken encrusted with locally grown pecan

Chicken Piccata Capers and garlic in a lemon butter, white wine sauce.

Rosemary Chicken Infused with garlic, rosemary and herbs

 

Fish

Can be served any number of ways. Some of the more popular ways are En Papillote, Florentine, Lemon Garlic Butter, Pistachio, Pecan or Almond encrusted and Vera Cruz.

Alaskan Pollock: Mild white fish cousin to cod, delicious baked, breaded, steamed, poached or sauteed.

Trout: Mild fresh water fish delicious encrusted in pistachios, almonds or pecans or as a pan fish.

Tilapia: Mild, soft, fresh water white fish, with a slightly sweet taste.

Sole: A flat side swimmer available year round, a lean finely-grained white fish.

Stuffed Flounder: An excellent spring and fall pan fish. Member of sole family.

Halibut: (seasonal) Member of sole family, has little oil and isn't overpowering, Takes sauces wonderfully.

Cod: Saltwater fish with lean, mild-flavored and flaky white flesh.

Red Snapper popular white fish with a firm texture and a sweet, nutty flavor that lends itself very well to everything from hot chilies to subtle herbs, excellent for grilling.

Mahi Mahi exceptionally versatile fish, with firm, white meat and a delicate flavor. Delicious broiled, poached, baked, sautéed, grilled, or pan-fried.

Salmon High in omega-3 and low in fat, salmon is the world's healthiest and most popular fish, extremely versatile.

Orange Roughy New Zealand fish low in fat, with firm white flesh and a mild flavor. Excellent poached, baked, broiled or fried.

Catfish Fresh water farmed. Popular fried.

 

Pasta

May be served with the house marinara, alfredo or pesto sauce. Pasta choices include linguini, fettuccini, tortellini, angel hair, penne or bow tie. (Ask about our low carb., Atkins compliant pastas) other pasta dishes include:

Shrimp, Scallops and Mussels in a pesto cream sauce served with linguini,

Fettuccini Alfrédo A classic Alfrédo made with Parmesan cheese, fresh basil and a touch of nutmeg, shallots and white wine Chicken Alfrédo, Shrimp Alfrédo also available.

Neopolitan Marinara Served with sweet Italian sausage, meatballs and mushrooms over spaghetti.

Veal Scallopini Sautéed with mushrooms, bacon and roma tomatoes, in a lemon butter cream sauce served over fettuccini.
