1. Refunds:
Refunds are only applicable under specific circumstances. We do not offer general refunds for cancellations or unused portions of a subscription. Refunds will only be provided if there has been an error in billing or a duplicate charge. If you believe a charge has been made in error or if you have been wrongly billed, please contact us immediately at support@lancersclub.com.

i) Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

ii) Our team will review your request and, if applicable, issue a refund for the incorrect charge.

2. Cancellations:

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that:

i) No refunds will be issued for any cancellations, regardless of the remaining time left on your plan.

ii) Upon cancellation, your current plan will remain active and accessible until the end of your current billing cycle.

iii) After the billing cycle ends, your subscription will automatically expire and will not be renewed.
